Playing around with my new markers I discovered this guy. I think the head came out well but I'm not fully happy with the lower half. I still have a lot of learning to do, but for a first time...

Happy 2012 everyone!!! Well my art is off to a good start. Thanks to my wonderful parents I have enough art supplies to last at least a few months ;-) I love being able to escape the realities around me in my art. Now that I can upload photos from my camera and with the supplies above, I'll be able to post more and more!!

 This year can't end fast enough!! Things here have been heartbreaking in more ways than one. So what do I do?? I get lost in my art. Anything to escape the daily stress and hurt I feel. January 1st will be a new beginning  for me and all will come out then, but for now please enjoy these portraits. I love doing these because they make me happy...I hope you like them. Discovering Charcoal

 Not to long ago I found some charcoal I had thought I lost and decided to give it a go. It was love at first mark to paper. These are my very first creations with this amazing medium. I can't wait to try new surfaces and more difficult subjects. As they say...practice makes perfect ;-) Keep watching for more creations as I delve deeper into the world of charcoal.

I'm Back!!!!!

Well I finally have a working computer, and I am beyond happy to get back on here and post, post, post ;-)

 Been busy painting, creating new stickers and even trying out new things like charcoal drawings. I'm having a blast and soon you'll see just what I've been up too.
